In addition to the final plat application, the enclosed Site Improvement Plans have
been revised to address comments received at the Apri12, 2007 City Council meeting.
The following changes have been made to the plans:
Westwood
1) A 4'-wide, paved median was added to replace previously proposed 2'-wide
striping on Street A. The proposed Street A east curb line shifted 2' east to
accommodate this revision.
2) A sidewalk has been added through the interior of the site north towards
CSAH 37 for connection to the future trail along CSAH 37.
3) A 16' wide driveway apron has been added along Street A to provide for an
access drive to the cemetery. The curb cut lines up with the exit from the
bank drive-thru (Lot 3).
4) A 2" water service has been added for the cemetery property.
5) The east radius between Street A and CSAH 37 was revised to allow for a
WB-62 truck leaving the site, turning right onto CSAH 37. Grading along the
radius has been revised to accommodate this change. The revised grading
limits extend onto the adjacent cemetery property, as shown on the plans.
