Dear Mr. Brixius:
The purpose of this letter is to provide notification to the City of Albertville ("City") that Phil
Morris requests the City to extend the December 19, 2006 review deadline under Minn. Stat.
§.15.99 an additiona160 days. This extension is requested to provide additional time needed to
resolve access issues, including but not limited to, the City of Otsego's stated concerns regarding
the roundabout concept recommended by City staff and designed preliminarily by Westwood
Professional Services, based on City staff direction. In view of this request, the applicant does
not want the Albertville Marketplace applications to be on the regular December 18, 2006 City
Council agenda.
Please acknowledge receipt of this extension request and specify in writing the regular City
Council meeting at which the pending Albertville Marketplace PUD/CUP and preliminary plat
applications will be considered by the City Council under the extended deadline for City Council
action.
