I reviewed the above referenced plan and have the following comments:
Sheet C-3
1. To minimize erosion potential, replace aprons 143 and 148 with one manhole and outlet in
the direction of the ditch.
2. Revise direction of storm sewer from CB's 140 and 142 to allow storm water to outlet in the
direction of the ditch.
3. In the area of Section A-A, some type of pavement edge delineation should be installed.
Types of delineators that could be installed include rumble strips in the pavement, bollards
along the edge of the pavement, and gravel shoulder.
Sheet C-4
1. The entrance road shown in Section G-G is too narrow. The entire pavement width should
be installed with this phase. If the entire pavement width is not installed with this phase,
then a 2-foot gravel shoulder should be installed.

Sheet C-8
1. It appears the rear service road is intended to be a one-way road. Signage will be necessary
to indicate the direction of the one-way. In addition, site distance around the corners of the
buildings are poor. It is recommended that stop signs and speed limit signs be added along
the rear service road.
Sheet C-10
1. Submit shop drawings for the pump station and control panel, when available, for review.
Please call me if you have any questions.
