As you requested, I have enclosed a new preliminary plat that includes clearly marked
wetland impacts and areas of Public Value Credit. Our client proposes to purchase New Wetland
Credit from the BWSR approved wetland mitigation bank of Charles Christian as indicated in -the
Replacement Plan Application. The table below details all areas of impact and replacement.
