A catch basin located adjacent to 10501 5151 Street is undermining the street. A hole that appeared is
approximately 5-feet deep. The apparent cause is a drain tile inlet that is allowing soil to infiltrate into the
storm sewer.
An emergency repair needs to made ASAP, therefore, the City contacted Kuechle Underground to
complete the repairs. If the cause of the infiltration is determined to be the connection for the drain tile,
the costs will be the Developer's responsibility.
