Thank you for taking the time to review and comment on the Environmental Assessment
Worksheet (EAW) recently completed for the proposed Minneapolis Factory Shoppes project in
Albertville, Minnesota. All comments received were reviewed thoroughly. Enclosed with this
letter is a copy of the "Findings of Fact" document prepazed by the City of Albertville and copies
of all comments and concerns regazding the proposed project. The "Findings of Fact" document
contains responses to each of the comments received, as well as the negative declaration on the
need for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the project.
On November 4, 1996, the Albertville City Council took action to approve the EAW and to
accept the City's negative declaration on the need for an EIS. Once again, thank you for your
