As we discussed on Wednesday April 17, 1496, MSA Consulting Engineers, on behalf of
the Joint Fowers Water Board, is examining the feasibility of providing water service to
several proposed developments in Albertville, north of Interstate 94. MSA needs
additional information from the developer of the Ivlinneapolis Factory Shoppes to complete
the study. VVe would appreciate if you could get the follu~ving information from the
developer as soon as possible and [hen forward the information to our office:
1. Fire demand requirements -duration and capacity.
2. Will the buildings be sprinkled?
3. Predicted average day and maximum day demands.
4_ Proposed watermain layout.
