Dear Mr. Knowlton: Please fmd enclosed a warranty deed to be executed by Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC in favor of the City of Albertville for outlot E. Please note that I have included Seller certifications stating that Seller knows of no wells located on the property and that the consideration for this transaction totals less than $500. If you believe either of these to be in error, please let me know. Also, I am enclosing a blank copy of the Wright County Certificate of Sanitary System Compliance (I will fill in the information under Section A before the closing). The "yes" box under section B.1. will be checked. The rest of the form can be ignored except the signature lines. Jim will need to sign this form tomorrow also. I believe that these two forms are all that will be needed to transfer Outlot E to the City. I will be at the closing tomorrow with the signed hardshells and mylars. However, the City does not have the "map" pages of the plat, only the signature pages. I will deliver the signed hardshells and mylars with a letter instructing the closing company not to record the plat until it receives the originals in the same form as that delivered to the City in paper form.
