Re: City of Albertville; Roden/Outlets at Albertville/City of Albertville
Closing.
Dear Ms. Laney:
I am representing the City of Albertville in the above closing. It is my
understanding that your office will be conducting the closing and recording all necessary
documents for this transaction. The City requires that the following documents be
recorded in the following order:
1. Deed from the Rodens to Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC;
2. Outlets at Albertville Plat;
3. Developer's~Planned Unit Development Agreement between the City of Albertville
and Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC;
4. Warranty Deed from Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC. conveying Outlot E to the City
of Albertville;
5. Drainage Easement from Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC to the City of Albertville;
I will be at the closing and will bring the executed hardshells and mylars for the plat.
However, the City does not have the "map" portion of the hardshells or mylars at this
time. It is my understanding that the plat is still being reviewed by the Wright County
Surveyor and thus the map portion of the hardshells and mylars will not be ready for
recording until sometime next week. As a result, I am including with this letter a paper
copy of the "map" portion of the plat, and am asking that the plat not be recorded unless
the hardshells and mylars which are delivered to you match the paper copy of the plat.
