Dear Mr. Knowlton:
Please find enclosed two originals of the Developer's~Planned Unit Development
Agreement for the Minneapolis Outlet Center, both of which have been executed by the
City. I have left the date on the front page of the document blank. I will fill this date in
as of the date of your closing with the Rodens, and then record the document. Please
have Mr. Morse execute both originals of the Developer's Agreement, and return one
fully-executed original to the City.
Also enclosed is a Drainage Easement for Mr. IVlorse's signature. Please have Mr.
Morse sign this document, but leave the date line blank. As with the Developer's
Agreement, I will fill this date in as of the date of your closing with the Rodens. I
anticipate that the documents will be recorded in the following order:
1. Deed from Rodens ~to Albertville Factory Outlets, LLC
2. Minneapolis Outlet Center Plat
3. Developer's~Planned Unit Development Agreement
4. Drainage Easement
Please keep me informed as to the timing of the closing and the company which
will be handling the closing for your client.
