1998-01-10 MPCA Indirect Source PermitMinnesota Pollution Control Agency ~~ January 30, 1998 Mr. James A. Morse, Jr. Albertville Factory Outlets, L.L.C. 107 Sinclair Drive Muskegon, Michigan 49441 Mr. Garrison Hale City Administrator P.O. Box 9 5975 Main Avenue Northeast Albertville, Minnesota 55301. RE: Minneapolis Factory Shoppes Indirect Source Permit (ISP) 96-18 Dear Messrs. Morse and Hale: The staff of the Air Quality Division (AQD) of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is in receipt of a letter from Mr. Morse dated January 6, 1998, regarding the Minneapolis Factory Shoppes project located in Albertville, Minnesota. The letter requests approval of an extension to ISP 96-18 to Apri130, 1999. In our January 29, 1998, telephone conversation, Mr. Morse confirmed that no changes in the existing permitted land use, square footage, and number of parking spaces are being proposed with this request for extension. In addition, as permitted under ISP 96-18, completion of the project is scheduled for 1999. Based on our review of this information, the AQD staff finds that the request for extension meets the notification requirements of ISP 96-18 and are consistent with the provisions of that permit. Accordingly, this letter constitutes an approval of the request for extension to Apri130, 1999, to allow commencement of the planned construction as proposed under ISP 96-18. However, the MPCA must be notified of any future changes or proposals on the project site that are not consistent with the provisions of ISP 96-18.
