You 'will note that the date of a conditional guarantee rapidly approaches.
In the event, a further guarantee were required, I am going to require a
a complete time line from you will be required and some form of committment.
Without knowing .the requirements formally for you, we have other requests
coming in and have no basis for denying there requests for sewer access.
