As a follow ug to our discussion today, I am sending you this
letter with the items that are required for-submission of your firms
plan for Minneapolis Factory Shoppes.
The following items would be required and/or useful in processing
your application:
- Application for PUD Zoning approval (use this to define use you)
- Subdivision "Preliminary Plat" tJ~
- Preliminary Grading/Drainage/Utility/Topography Plans (dam e to see
proposed and future roadways and proposed traffic flow patterns)
- Pre liminary Wetland Mitigation Plan
- Preliminary Site Plan (to include parking/loading areas etc.)
- Preliminary Landscape & Screening Plan (with park areas and the like)
- Preliminary Building & Elevation & Floor Plans (showing materials
and style? - would like to know at a minimum the common/open/storage
areas vs. retail .square footage with a building footprint)
- Samples that you believe relate to the project in Albertville for
architectual style would be useful
- Developer comments on the letter Dated: September 5, 1996 from
Radwill & Couri Attorneys at Law, St. Michael, MN concerning
City related costs for the "City of Albertville Minneapolis
Factory Shoppes"
