CPG PARTNERS, L.P. a Delaware Limited Partnership, (hereinafter `Developer'), Grantor,
for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey
and warrant to the City of Albertville, Grantee, a perpetual easement for trail, utility and
highway purposes, together with the unrestricted right to improve the same, free and clear of
all encumbrances, over, across, under and through the following described property located
in the County of Wright in the State of Minnesota:
The west ten feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Outlets at Albertville Second Addition,
Wright County, Minnesota.
