Re: City of Albertville; Outlets at Albertville 2nd Addition.
Dear Daryl:
Please find enclosed an original of the Outlets at Albertville 2nd Addition
Developer's Agreement with all exhibits except the updated site plan, landscape plan and
building elevations (I believe Al Brixius has the updated building elevations and will be
forwarding these to me). Also enclosed is the perpetual trail, utility and highway
easement form.
As discussed in the email, send the signed easement and the Developer's
Agreement back with a letter authorizing the attachment of the updated exhibits and I will
get the Developer's Agreement over to the City for signatures. Do not date the easement;
I will have the closer date it as of the date the plat is filed. Please call me with any
questions you may have. Thank you.
