This revised plan illustrates an extension of the sidewalk in front of the Phase 2 building to a proposed trail on County Road 19 and the elimination Of the sidewalk behind the eastern curb of the eastern parking lot. Upon review between myself and the City Engineer, wa find that the alternative concept is acceptable end avoids duplication of trailways. We also believe that the revised plan will better facilitate pedestrian movement between the Phase 2 and Phase 3 Outlet centers, In this respect, staff would approve the alternative change with this memo. Please proceed with any plan adJustments that are necessary, pc: Linda Gaeb Pate Carlson Mike Cauri
