As you are aware, portions of the rear yard area of Lots 24 and 25, Block 3, Albert Villas (10420
and 10398 51st Court, respectively) are designated as wetland mitigation areas and were to be
graded and restored as such. To date, these wetland areas have not been restored as planned. These
areas are within a platted easement and you are hereby authorized to enter these easements for the
purpose of restoring the wetlands. Your work will include, but is not limited to, excavation, disposal
of excess material, fine grading, seeding, and restoring the disturbed area within the easements.
