To date, these wetland areas have not been restored as planned. These areas are within a platted easement and you are hereby authorized to enter these easements for the purpose of restoring the wetlands. Your work will include, but is not limited to, excavation, disposal of excess material, fine grading, seeding, and restoring the disturbed area within the easements.
