Dear Alan:
Per our meeting and discussions, please find enclosed documentation from our
Assistant General Counsel pertaining to the "spoils" pile which appears to be a required
component of our wetlands mitigation plan as approved by the Army Corps of Engineers.
Please don't hesitate to contact me should you need anything further regarding this.
We have successfully negotiated with St. Clair's to repaint the compactors and dumpster
containers with the compactors being painted first due to the pending cold weather. The
containers will be painted over the winter in their shop. We are also in the process of
obtaining bids for the installation of evergreen landscaping adjacent to the designated
compactor and dumpster areas.
We would appreciate your working with Sally Dufner to reintroduce the subject of
modification to the fence as soon as possible. We propose to modify the existing fence
to a finished height of 30 inches.
We believe all areas of concern to both Chelsea and the City of Albertville have not been
addressed, and we look forward to working with you in a positive fashion going forward.
