2002-11-25 Findings of Fact & Decision Additional Info NeededBobby Morse JMJ Properties, Inc. 107 Sinclair Drive Muskegon, MI 49441 RE: Albertville-Findings of Fact & Decision NAC FILE: 163.06-02.07 Dear Mr. Morse, In reviewing information pertaining to the City of Albertville's Findings of Fact, Decisions, and Development Agreement, we have determined that additional information will need to be submitted or revised for inclusion in the Albertville Outlet Mall Phase III Development Contract. These items include the following: 1) We will need the total landscaping costs for Phase III. This is necessary for the Developer's Agreement. 2) A sign plan must be provided for all signs that are proposed. 3) A revised site plan must be provided showing access points on the northwest and northeast corners. The revised plan must also show where the landscaping that was moved as a result of the access points was placed. 4) A photometric plan must be submitted. 5) The submitted plans must be revised to illustrate the items that are in bold and italics located in the attached finial PUD Decision. 6) Please provide four full revised sets to the City for distribution.
