RE: Park Design, Hunters Pass Estates
It is in agreement between both parties, Minnesota Development Agecny, LLC. and the
City of Albertville, that the park design for Hunters Pass Estates is to be as follows:
1) One Half basketball court (approx. 50ft x 60ft) with 2 hoops
2) One Gazebo
3) Vinyl Fence (4ft in height) along edge of pond/wetland
4) Trail from gazebo to sidewalk
5) One Tot Lot
Funds available after land dedication: $47,000, this will be spent on items 1-5. Item 5
will receive the balance of the funds left from Items 1-4 to be approx. $15,000.
Attached is park drawing showing locations of items.
