Hunter's Pass Estates Addition
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota,
will meet in the Council Chamber of the Albertville City Hall Monday, June 6, 2005, at 7:00 PM, or as
soon thereafter as possible, to hear, consider, and pass upon all written and oral objections, if any, to
the proposed Case No. 2005-10 the Hunters Pass Estates Final Plat, for the property legally described
as follows:
(This is located in the northeast part of Albertville. The D'aigle property.)
Lots 1 and 2, of Section 36, Township 121, Range 24, according to us
Government Survey, Except that part of Government Lot 1 described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Government Lot 1: thence deflected
88 degrees 56 minutes right from the North line of said Government Lot 1 a
distance of 144 feet; thence deflected 88 degrees 56 minutes left, 302.5 feet;
thence deflected 91 degrees 04 minutes left, 144 feet to said North line; thence
along said North line to the point of beginning.
Subject to an easement for driveway purposes over and across that part of
Government Lot 2 described as follows: Commencing at the NE comer of said
Government Lot 2; thence west along the north line of Government Lot 2 a
distance of 15 feet; thence south and parallel to the east line of Government Lot 2
a distance of 144 feet; thence east and parallel to the north line of Government Lot
2 to the east line of Government Lot 2; thence north along said east line of the
point of beginning.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and will be afforded the opportunity to
voice an opinion during the public hearing or may submit written comments to the City Clerk's office
at City Hall.
