Based on your written assertion that all construction activity at the site is complete, the site has undergone final stabilization (70% vegetative cover on all exposed soil areas), and all maintenance activities required by the Permit are complete, termination of coverage under the Permit will become effective the date of this letter. Please be advised that a condition of termination (Appendix A, Part E and Appendix B, Part E, of the Permit) requires that the permittee retain their Temporary and Permanent Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, and all records pertinent to them for a period of three years after completion of the project.
