Dear Ms. Goeb:
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has received your Notice of Termination for the above-
referenced construction project. Based on your written assertion that all construction activity at the site is
complete, the site has undergone final stabilization (70% vegetative cover on all exposed soil areas), and all
maintenance activities required by the Permit are complete, termination of coverage under the Permit will
become effective the date of this letter.
Please be advised that a condition of termination (Appendix A, Part E and Appendix B, Part E, of the Permit)
requires that the permittee retain their Temporary and Permanent Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, and all
records pertinent to them for a period of three years after completion of the project. If you have any
questions, or would like additional information, please feel free to contact me at (651) 297-8363.
Sincerely,
f~ (~,
