Below is a list of items which must be completed or corrected prior to final acceptance of the subject project. A
completion of these items does not in any way relieve the Contractor of the responsibility to complete the project
in accordance with all Contract Documents.

Replace stainless steel control panel
enclosure — outer surface is rusting.
Install stainless steel guide rails — replace

galvanized with stainless steel. Center guide
rail brackets half the distance from top to
bottom.
Install control panel skirt — control panel

several screws.

Remove all mud and debris from pumps and
wet well invert.

Install generator receptacle in control panel.

Install separate circuit breaker in control
panel for yard light.
Furnish lift station spare parts kit to City:

wear rings, mechanical seals, bearings, o-
rings and gaskets, all in waterproof
container. See City specifications.

Weld two additional hooks on pump power
cable rack.

Level and secure control panel base.

Grade lift station site for proper drainage
and establish vegetation.

Grade and compact driveway, ready for
paving.
Verify field wiring matches wiring

PROVIDE 48 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE START OF THIS WORK. THIS WORK SHOULD BE
COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 3 (CONTRACT TIME) OF THE
AGREEMENT.
