Dear Nina:
This letter will confmn the order in which documents are to be recorded relating to
the filing of the Albert Villas Third Addition Plat and Developer's Agreement between
the City of Albertville and Edina Development Corporation. The order of recording
required by the City of Albertville is as follows:
1. Albert Villas Third Addition Plat.
2. Albert Villas Third Addition Developer's Agreement.
3. Subordination Agreement, subordinating mortgages to the City's Developer's
Agreement.
4. Warranty deed conveying Outlot B to the City.
5. Partial Release of Mortgage on Outlot B.
6. Declaration of Restrictions For Certain Lots in Albert Villas Third Addition.
7. Declaration of Protective Covenants For Albert Villas Third Addition.
8. Temporary Easement, Kagan Avenue.
9. Temporary Easement, Kaiser Avenue.
10. Any mortgages or other conveyancing documents.
Please provide me with signed copies of the Developer's Agreement, the warranty
deed, the temporary easements, the mortgage release and the subordination agreement. It
is my understanding that you will record all of these documents. Please contact me when
these documents have been recorded as directed in this letter. If you are unable to record
the documents as detailed here, please call me before recording any documents related to
this property. Thank you.
