Subordination Agreement, subordinating mortgages to the City's Developer's Agreement. 4. Warranty deed conveying Outlot B to the City. 5. Partial Release of Mortgage on Outlot B. 6. Declaration of Restrictions For Certain Lots in Albert Villas Third Addition. 7. Declaration of Protective Covenants For Albert Villas Third Addition. 8. Temporary Easement, Kagan Avenue. 9. Temporary Easement, Kaiser Avenue. 10. Any mortgages or other conveyancing documents. Please provide me with signed copies of the Developer's Agreement, the warranty deed, the temporary easements, the mortgage release and the subordination agreement.
