(.~II .. .2005 MEMORANDUM TO: Larry Kruse Albertville City Administrator ~Robert Moberg Project Manager FROM: DATE: July 25, 2005 RE: Albertville, Minnesota Towne Lakes 5th Addition Topsoil Sampling SEH No. A-ALBEV0417.00 At your request, SEH arranged to have a sample of topsoil tested for conformance with MnlDOT's specification for topsoil borrow. The sample was tested for organic content. Test results (copy attached) indicate an organic content of 6.1 %. MnlDOT requires a minimum organic content of 3% and a maximum organic content of 20%. The test sample falls within this range, so it is considered to be in conformance with the specification.
