Dear Mr. Hagen:
On behalf of the City of Albertville, SEH has reviewed your submittal of revised construction plans,
grading plans, and drainage calculations for Towne Lakes, 5th Addition.
Our comments (letter dated July 21, 2004) have been addressed to our satisfaction and the revised plans
are recommended for approval.
The developer will need to provide the City with a copy of the proposed drainage easements for the
temporary basins on the north ends of Lakewood Drive and Linden Street. It is our understanding the City
will not record the easements unless development of future phases of the site fails to occur.
It is my understanding there is a wetland mitigation issue that remains unresolved and that your staff is
working with the TEP panel to successfully resolve the issue.
