Carlson, PE DATE: April 2, 2003 RE: Albert Villas 4th Addition Albertville, MN SEH No. A-ALBEV 0112.00 14 Albert Villas 4th Addition, 49th Street approximate Lot 4, Block 4 had a water main leak that involved the lot service. The repair was done in January 2003, but with the lack of suitable material for backfill, considerable settlement has occurred this spring. This is a liability issue that needs to be addressed as soon as possible with proper street section fill topped with rock for suitable traffic support until the area is paved. Traffic control, cones, etc. must be placed until the above work is completed. Settlement behind the curb can be addressed with additional topsoil. Albert Villas 2nd Addition, 51st Court (address 10398): Currently, there is a drainage issue in the rear yard of house 10420, east neighbor of house 10398. It appears the finished yard of 10398 has filled in the emergency overflow and wetland area drainage across its property.
