Dear Mr. Niemeyer:
The purpose of this letter is to provide official notification that the City of Albertville has received
your application for a preliminary plat, rezoning, site and building plan review, and conditional use permit for the property located at 10172 65th Street NE, Albertville, MN.
While
you have submitted your application for the project, no fees have been submitted. The City understands you are waiting for the completion of the site wetland delineation to complete
the existing conditions requirement of the preliminary plat review. At this time we ask for you to submit a letter acknowledging the fact that your application is incomplete and grant
the City an extension until May 15th to complete your review. The letter shall also specify you except that the 60 day review period will not take affect until your application is complete.
Per your conversation with Larry and Al, your wetland delineation should be complete sometime in April. When you submit the wetland delineations you shall also submit the application
fees and escrows, at which time your application will be determined complete.
