Dear Mr. Kruse, Mr. Brixius and Mr. Carlson:
Since your meeting with Don Jensen in the late fall, Woodside Karston Cove
LLC has progressed on site layout and building plans in order to build-out the
last phase of the approved project. In an effort to follow through on
city goals, initiated by Pilot Land Development, and to better prepare the
for home building once final plans are approved, we seek the following:

City's satisfaction with our building plans.
Together with this cover letter we are enclosing: 1) a recent copy of Schedule A
& B of our title commitment, 2) grading plan, 3) storm water drainage plan, 4)
utility plan, 5) landscape plan, 6) final plat map. Building plans and exterior
elevations will be submitted to the City for approval as soon as they are
complete.
