Yes, I'm in the process of writing a review letter for the 3rd phase of the outlet mall preliminary plat (east
side of 19). 1 looked at the site last week and I'll have the following comments:
-70' R/W required
-No curb in R/W
-Construct right turn lane on 19
-install final portion of signal system
-relocate signal system mast arm on east side of 19 to accommodate right turn radius
-align lanes of intersection, signal timing (work with City on this)
-remove existing field entrances
-relocate existing power poles to outer portion of R/W
-northerly access one way in only (as per traffic flow layout)
I'll copy you on this review letter that should be sent out in the next day or so. Let me know if you have
any comments/concerns that I have not thought of. Thanks, Virgil.

Hi Virgil
I understand the developer for the outlet mall has contacted you regarding
an access point at the north end of the property. Have you agreed to an
access at that point. We have been talking that this would be some kind of
shared access with the Towne Lakes Development.
