Dear Mr. Kruse:
A few months ago we requested our Letter of Credit #06-02 in the amount of $14,825 to
be released.
We received a letter dated July 1, 2005 from Robert Moberg stating that we needed to fix
a curb settlement at 10292 Karston Court and perform a seal coat on the road. We have
fixed the curb settlement. In regards to the seal coat, we sent a letter to Robert Moberg
dated July 14, 2005 requesting that the seal coat be done in 2006, by the city, rather than
2005 since there are still some vacant lots. We did agree to pay the city the estimated
costs of this seal coat.
On August 12, 2005 we received a fax from Robert Moberg stating that the city would
agree to receive a check in the amount of $6,000 for the cost of the seal coat and then the
city would release the letter of credit.
Included with this correspondence we have included copies of the different letters and
faxes along with a check for $6,000 for the seal coat.
Please return our original letter of credit #06-02 to the issuing bank and copy us on the
