Bridget,
Attached is a letter I faxed to Larry Mountain, the closer for Towne Lakes 6th Addition. Prior to releasing the
plat, please confirm that all signatures are on the developer's agreement (I think that yours was needed last I
checked) and please copy the fully signed developer's agreement twice, once for me and once for the City's files.
The plat and developer's agreement are ready to be released upon payment of all fees and posting of the letter of
credit. I have listed some of these fee amounts in my letter to Larry, but please check them against the amounts
listed in the developer's agreement --I do not have a copy of the signed agreement and took my numbers from the
developer's agreement I have on my computer, which may be slightly different than the actual signed version.
You should also check with Tina to make sure that there are no additional fees or reimbursements that need to be
paid. Larry has the necessary subordination agreements from the banks that have mortgages on CPDC's
property --please ask him for a copy of these also.
