Alliance Bank hereby amends the above referenced Letter of Credit as follows:
• The aggregate amount of this Letter of Credit shall be reduced from the current
amount of $652,408.00 to an amended amount of $329,649.00.
Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, all other terms and conditions of the original
Letter of Credit shall remain in full force and effect.
