The undersigned, Bridget Breun, a single woman, the mortgagee in
that certain mortgage dated December 30, 1977, filed January 5, 1978,
in Book 177 of Mortgages, Page 735, Document 321719, hereby consents
to the plat of Barthel Manor 2nd Addition, Wright County, Minnesota,
consisting of seven (7) lots in Block 1, eight (8) lots in Block 2 and
three (3) lots in Block 3.
In witness whereof I have executed this Consent this 29th day
