We have been informed by Ken Barthel that you were sending
a letter to Frankfort Township, and would obtain their consent
to the easement for utility purposes through Frankfort Township
for the Barthel Manor 2nd Addition improvements. We have not
yet received this, and believe that construction should not start
until we receive:
1. The easement;
2. A "deed of gift" for the ownership of the pipe (because
it lays outside the corporate limits); and
3. Frankfort's consent.
Will you let us know the progress of this? (Bob Miller will
be taking my place after June 29).
