1985-09-16 PHN Proposed AssessmentsTO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Albertville,
Minnesota will meet at 8:30 P.M., on September lb, 1985 at the
City Hall to pass upon proposed assessments for the improvement
of: Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer & Streets within the
following areas:
Beaudry's 2nd Addition
55th Street N.E.
57th Street N.E.
Lake Avenue N.E.
Lannon Avenue N.E.
All benefited abutting properties are proposed to be assessed.
The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at the
office the City Clerk. Written or oral obejections will be
considered at the meeting.
An Owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.081 by serving notice of the
appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk of the City within 30 days after
the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the
district court within ten days after serviceupon the Mayor or
Clerk; however, no appeal may be taken as to the amount of any
individual assessment unless a written objection signed by the
affected property owner is filled with the City Clerk prior to
the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at
the hearing.
The amount of the proposed assessments is $203,757.00.
