Dear Mr. Barthel:
By this letter, The City of Albertville hereby acknowledges
its agreement to accept the easement for ingress and egress
in, over and across Lot 12, Block 2, Barthel's Industrial
Park, Wright County, Minnesota and accepts responsibility
for the maintenance of the onsite drain field on said Lot
as approved by The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency,
The Federal Housing Administration and The U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development. The City shall continue
to accept and maintain the drain field on said site until
such time as the City has installed and made its own sewage
disposal system available to the lots in Barthel's Industrial
Park.

CITY OF ALBERTVILLE, MINNESOTA
Re: Barthel Industrial Park
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Albertville
that no chemical or hazardous waste may be disbursed into the
onsite drain field located on Lot 12, Block 2, Barthel's
Industrial Park by major contributing industrial users located
in said Industrial Park. All such industrial users located in
said Industrial Park shall conform to all pretreatment require-
ments on such industrial users with all applicable effluent
limitations as required by the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency pursuant to Section 307(b) of the Federal Water Pollution
Control Act. For purposes of this Resolution a major contri-
buting industry shall be one that has a flow of 50,000 gallons
or more per average work day; has in its waste a toxic pollutant,
in toxic amounts, as defined in standards issued under Section
307(a) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act; or has sig-
nificant impact, either individually or in combination with
other contributing industries on the treatment works or the
quality of its effluent.

The undersigned, Clerk of City of Albertville, Minnesota,
hereby certifies that the City of Albertville at a regularly
scheduled meeting of said City did accept the plat for Barthel's
Industrial Park and further accepted the dedication and ownership
operation and continuous maintenance of the following:
A. The water system in Barthel's Industrial Park;
B. The sanitary sewage system for Barthel's Industrial Park;
C. The streets and drainage in the public right of ways,
in Barthel's Industrial Park.
