Dear Mr. Dixson:
On Monday, November 2, the Albertville City Council endorsed your HUD 47 unit senior
housing project application. The City Council asked that I convey the City's support for your
project and let you know that we are here to work with you through the development process.
Further, the City is committed to serving future residents who will reside there to the best of our
abilities.
There is a lack of available low income senior housing available in Albertville and the
surrounding area. We were not surprised that the recent housing market study showed such a
significant demand as we are constantly reminded of the need for more senior housing. When
you receive HUD funding, the City of Albertville will work with you and expedite your
development applications through the City approval process.

or come and visit us to discuss senior housing needs here in Albertville.
