Scott: It has come to my attention that you sent this to Adam and me, but did not sent it to Sue or Kim. This being the
case we did not sent in the proper notice to the newspaper for December public hearing. We can still have the planning
commission review the application but we will bring it to a public hearing at the January planning commission. I am
sorry for the miscommunication, I should have forwarded this application to city staff upon receipt. I will be following
up with a 60 day review extension letter to you that will outline the adjusted review schedule. Sorry for the delay.
