To control the water elcvatlon witbm the large wet1and in the Albert Villas Developwent, a culvert
has been added at 1hc upstream end of the discharge d1tch. The culvert is a 24" Rep With an
upstream invert elevation of 945.61 The wetlanc1. culvert, and discharge ditch are within an outlot
and drainage easemmt that has been dedicated to the City By thts dechcatlon the City is also
agree1Di to maintain the culvert and the ditch. To pay for the ongoing maintenance of the City'S
draulage system, the City has inplace a stoIm water utility cbarle that is applied to alllaDd owners
withm the City bm1ts.
