portIon of the project, however, the archaeologIcal SIte does not meet the cntena for
nommatIon to the NatIonal RegIster
WIth respect to cultural resource concerns, Loucks & AssocIates, Inc recommends
that the Albert VIlla resIdentIal development project be allowed to proceed A copy
of the report IS enclosed and copIes of the report have also been sent to the State
HIstonc PreservatIon OffIce and the State Archaeology OffIce
