Edma Development contacted Matt DavlCh wIth E G Rud & Sons, Inc to confirm the legal
descnptIOn of the monuments locatIOn and to make sure Edma can do an easement on that partIcular lot
ThIS WIll be completed and filed wIth the proper JunsdIctIOn Please see attachment of legal descnptIOn

Sign DeSign and Mamtenance
Elements, Inc has created an easIly mamtamable monument for The Preserve The monument
Itself IS created for wIthstandmg harsh weather condItIOns and reqUIres mInImUm care Edma
Development has also agreed to the CIty'S request regardmg the malnt.::nancc and lawn care of the
monument Alllandscapmg around or near monument IS to be kept at a mmImum mInImUm referencmg
to a lImIted number of vegetatIOn Our corporate landscape team has been contacted and they have been
contracted for the next ten years If Edma Development should choose not to renew mamtenance or fall to
keep thIS agreement, Edma wIll need to remove monument from plat at theIr expense Should monument
fall mto dIsarray despIte mamtenance and Edma Development falls to remove m a tImely fashIOn, the CIty
of AlbertvIlle has the nght to remove at the cost of developer
