hereby certify that the County Auditor's Certificate of Forfeiture issued with regard to the
tax forfeited lands nn September 3, 2013, and recorded in the office of the Wright County
Recorder on September 5, 2013 as Document No. A1246651, and the Corrective County
Auditor's Certificate issued with regard to the tax forfeited lands on December 30, 2013,
and recorded in the office of the Wright County Recorder on December 30, 2013 as
Document No. A1254936 was issued after full compliance with Minnesota Statutes
281.23.
I do further certify that with regard to Lot 37, Block 2, Prairie Run, the following steps
were taken to provide notice as required by Minnesota Statutes 281.23, to -wit:
1. That the Notice of Expiration of Redemption was published as described on the
