REGARDING TAX FORFEITURE OF LAND

I, Robq+ �jiV�(,U,. County Auditor of the County of Wright, State of Minnesota, do
hereby certify that the County Auditor's Certificate of Forfeiture issued with regard to the
tax forfeited lands on September 3, 2013, and recorded in the office of the Wright County
Recorder on September 5, 2013 as Document No. A1246651, and the Corrective County
Auditor's Certificate issued with regard to the tax forfeited lands on December 30, 2013,
and recorded in the office of the Wright County Recorder on December 30, 2013 as
Document No. A 125493 6 was issued after full compliance with Minnesota Statutes
281.23.
I do further certify that with regard to Lot 37, Block 2, Prairie Run, the following steps
were taken to provide notice as required by Minnesota Statutes 281.23, to -wit:
1. That the Notice of Expiration of Redemption was published as described on the
Affidavit of Publication, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for 3 successive weeks

2. That the said Notice of Expiration of Redemption as it appears in the Affidavit of
Publication, attached hereto as Exhibit A, was posted for public ins ecti n on the bulletin

Exhibit A.
3. That the Notice of Expiration of Redemption was mail pd by certified mail, return

to serve the Notice of Expiration of Redemption upon all parties in possession of said Lot
