Dear Mr. Kruse:
This letter will acknowledge that the city of Albertville has completed the corrective
actions described in the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's (MPCA's) June 8, 2007
Notice of Violation (NOV).
Based upon this information, MPCA staff have determined that all corrective actions
contained in the NOV have been completed.
Please note that the NOV and the city of Albertville's response will remain on record at
the MPCA and your response does not preclude the MPCA from taking further action
with respect to the violations listed in the NOV.
