have plans to you soon, if you've not already received them.

Tate: Our only July Council meeting will be on the 16t". By ordinance the final plat is not required to be reviewed by
the planning commission if it is consistent with the approved preliminary plat. As such, If you would get us a final plat
application and fee by June 8t" we will process the application for the July 16t" meeting. The City Attorney will also
need to prepare a development contract to be processed with the final plat. The cost of a final plat is a $400 fee and
$2500 escrow.
