Albertville Marketplace
The memorandum lists 5 recommendations. We have addressed these items as
indicated below.
1. PARKING CALCULATION
Attached are the tabulations of the approved plan and the revised plan.
2. BUILDING ELEVATIONS
We understand that all buildings must meet the approved standards and
expect them to be reviewed prior to the issue of a building permit for each
building.
3. TRASH ENCLOSURE FOR BUILDING A
The trash will be handled by an internal enclosure as used in Building B
4. ISLAND AT BUILDING B
Attached is the proposed alteration to accommodate the request.
5. GRADING PLAN
This is understood and expected.

'The new parking tabulation below is as revised. All the assumptions are exactly
the same. The 0 and E are unchanged. The total area of Buildings A & B have
been adjusted downward to allow the increase in Building C. Building lot lines
have not been changed since there are cross agreements on parking and
access. The total number of parking spaces on the site are that same excess
number as previously approved.
