We have reviewed the above mentioned preliminary plat with regard to impacts to County State
Aid Highway (CSAH) 18 only. We offer the following comments:
1.) No additional direct access to CSAH 18 will be allowed. Access to parcel must be from
Kassel Avenue NE
2.) Highway Department would like response from property owner as to need and future use
of the easterly access to the parcel. I assume it is for access to the pond but would like
to see if it is possible to provide access via Kassel Ave NE and close the access.
3.) Any work within the CSAH 18 right of way will require a right of way permit. If needed,
please send a completed permit application to Adam Backes, Permit Technician, of our
office.
