There are various possible damages that could occur if this is required. 2)Can variances to the Lowest floor be considered? 3) Does a Revised Grading Plan need to be approved by the Council? The Scope of the revisions may include different house plans, for example, no basements where the original approval included basements or lookouts. If a house value changes, dces this affect the assessment role? 4)The revised grading plan would/may also need to address proposed changes to the existing house plans or grading as AI Brixius stated so "The whole subdivision works". 5)We need to evaluate the ramifications to existing buildings and buildings under construction ASAP because of various potential complications. We need to notify all affected parties. 6)The number of lots that do not comply also include lots that do not I' comply with the Lowest Floor Regulations found in Ord. Section 5000.4 7)The 100 year Floodplain Elevation should be clearly marked on the , grading plan and extrapolated to the related Lowest Floor. 8) Does the amended grading plan need to be reviewed by the Wright County Soil and Water Conservation District?.
