The fill must be removed and the wetland must be re-established. The developer's engineer has staked the boundary of the existing wetland. Please note that wetland buffer markers have been installed on the property. Native vegetation is to be planted between the markers and the existing wetland. Sodding is not allowed in the buffer area. Please arrange to make the necessary wetland corrections and seeding as soon as possible.
